We are Rubber wood dining set manufacturer based in Muar, State of Johor, Malaysia. We specialize in Rubber wood dining set, coffee table and bar dining set. Our factory had been established since year 2000 and worker between 500-600 persons.
2. What do we do?
We manufacture dining set for export market all over the world.
3. How we produce?
With capacity of 100 containers per month and 500-600 workers, we are using advance technology and wastage control to lower down our cost but not sacrifice our product quality.
4. Time of delivery
45-30 days after receive deposit

The final loading port for the product

50 sets per each model
7. Payment Term
By Telegraph Transfer or 50% by telegraph transfer, 50% by Letter of Credit or by letter of credit
8. Shipping documentation
Bill of Loading, certificate of origin
9. What is FOB Pasir Gudang/Port Tanjung Pelepas?
FOB mean Free on Board, all the products will be transported to our port Pasir Gudang or Tanjung Pelepas Port. Local haulages charges will be paid by us until the port. Shipping fee and all the shipping documentation cost will be bear by buyer.
10. What is CIF
Besides local haulages charges, insurance need to buy before shipment.
11. What is Ex-factory
All the shipping documentation fee, local haulages charges, shipping fee will be bear by buyer.
12. How I pay my deposit?
Buyer can pay their deposit via our bank account provided in the Performa Invoice
13. Why is important to follow our design and colour?
We have wide range of product for our buyer to choose, all the products have standardize their colour and design. There are 4 main colours : Mahogany, Cherry, Cappuccino and Wenge. This is because we would like to our buyer easy to purchase and will get the finished products within designated timeframe and avoid any delay on delivery time, minimize buyer time and cost waste.
14. What is about Fumigation charges and legalization charges?
All the Fumigation and legalization charges will be bear by buyer
15. Custom Made Furniture
We do accept custom made dining set from our buyer but under condition that minimum order is one 40¡¦ HQ container per model
16. How I can order?
Buyer can surfing our website here and sending email to us by stating with model number, we will send our quotation stated with our very best price.
17. Mixed model/co-loading
We allowed partially loading or co-loading but under condition that all the loading and container arrangement need to make by buyer. Only Ex-factory price will be given.
18. What is the discount that buyer can get?
If you purchase in big quantity and volume (5 container per months), more discount will be given.
19. Your budget price
If buyer has budget constraint in purchasing, buyer can discuss with us and we will follow buyer¡¦s budget given and suggest best products model to our buyer within their budget.
20. What minimum model can be ordered?
Minimum model can be loaded in 1 container are 2 models
21. Packing
All the dining set is Knock Down. 2 Pieces of Chairs in 1 carton, table and 4 legs will be in 1 carton. Total 1 set of dining set with 6 seaters are 4 cartons.
22. Shipping mark
Shipping mark will be given by buyer, if buyer do not have special request for shipping mark, we will using our company logo as shipping mark.
23. Bill of loading, original certificate and Commercial Invoices
All the BL, CO and CI will be done by us and original certificate will be send to buyer by courier. Cost will be bear by buyer
24. Damages of the products
If buyer found damages when reached destination, we will make the replacement with free of cost.
25. Promotion material
If buyer needs promotion material, we will send free for them after purchase made.
